Basque Grilled Flank Steak
Ingredients
1 ½ pounds
lean flank steak
Marinade:
2 Tbsp
olive oil
¼ cup
balsamic vinegar
½ cup
red wine
¼ tsp
thyme
4
cloves garlic minced
½ tsp
salt
¼ tsp
black pepper
Method -
Combine and mix ingredients for marinade, put in zip lock bag, add flank steak and marinate for 24 hours. Grill to desired doneness. Slice diagonally.
