Spray
a 9-inch spring form pan and spread graham cracker crumbs
into crust, set aside. Beat cream cheese ad sugar until light
and fluffy. Add eggs, mix well. Add sour cream and vanilla
and beat until smooth. Remove 1 cup of the batter and set
aside. Stir cocoa powder into remaining batter, pour ½
into pan. Then pour ½ of the plain batter (that you
set aside) on top. Next, spoon ½ the caramel apple
dip on top of it. Repeat. Lightly swirl the batter to create
a marble effect. Bake 55 minutes. |
