Beet Orange and Green Salad
 
  Ingredients
1 - 15 ounce can sliced beets - drained
1  whole orange
4 cups

shredded dark green leaf lettuce and spinach

  balsamic vinegar
 
     
  Method  
Drain beets, slice them into large sticks and place them in a medium-sized bowl. Peel and seed an orange and cut into thin wedges. Toss together orange wedges and beets. Serve over lettuce. Sprinkle with a little balsamic vinegar to taste.
