No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls
 
  Ingredients
2 Tbsp crunchy peanut butter
½ cup rice cereal
1 package

sugar free cocoa mix

1 Tbsp sugar substitute (Equal)
2 Tbsp skim milk (or water)
½ tsp honey
½ tsp vanilla extract
  cocoa powder (to coat balls)
 
     
  Method  
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl; stir until well blended.
Roll and shape into ¾ inch balls; dust with cocoa.
Refrigerate until serving time.
