Ann's Fresh Vegetable Soup
 
  Ingredients -
1 head cauliflower broken into flowerettes
1 head broccoli broken into flowerettes, stalk chopped
4

carrots chopped

2 cups water
4 tsp chicken bouillon granules
   
2 Tbsp margarine
1 cup onion
1 cup celery
   
1 cup flour
2 packets Butter Buds
6 cups 2 % milk
   
8 ounces cubed, cooked chicken breast
  pepper to taste
 
     
  Method -  
Combine first five ingredients and boil till tender. In a separate pan, sauté onion and celery in margarine until crisp tender. Combine flour, butter buds and milk in blender until no lumps appear. Combine all ingredients, add cubed chicken breast and pepper and heat to boiling.
