Mix
all ingredients, except chicken and vegetables, in medium
saucepan. Cook over medium heat until sauce is hot, 3 to
4 minutes. Assemble chicken cubes and vegetables on skewers;
grill over medium hot coals until done, 10 to 15 minutes,
turning occasionally and basting generously with sauce.
Heat remaining sauce and serve with kabobs.
Kabobs
can also be broiled. Broil 6 inches from heat source until
chicken is done and vegetables are tender, 10 to 12 minutes,
turning occasionally and basting generously with sauce.
