Salsa Bean Dip
Great with baked tortilla chips or raw veggies!
 
  Ingredients
1 cup
plain nonfat yogurt
1 can (16 ounces)
vegetarian, nonfat refried beans
1/4 cup
thick and chunky salsa
 
     
  Method  
Mix all ingredients until blended. Top with chopped green onion and diced tomatoes for color
