Ingredients

frozen
chopped spinach – thawed and squeezed dry

dry
vegetable soup mix

Tofu

- 8 ounce can
water
chestnuts - drained and chopped

cup
green
onions - chopped

reduced-fat
sour cream

cup
reduced-fat
mayonnaise

garlic
- minced
Method
Mix
tofu, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, and garlic together
until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and combine.
Cover
and chill 2 hours or overnight before serving.
