Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie
A delicious combination of chocolate, peanut butter, and vanilla!
 
  Ingredients
1 small package (1.3 ounces)
sugar-free chocolate pudding; cook type-not instant
1 small package (0.8 ounces)
sugar-free french vanilla pudding; cook type-not instant
3 cups (2 - 12 ounce cans)
evaporated skim milk
1/4 cup
peanut butter

vanilla wafers
 
     
  Method  

Prepare chocolate pudding according to package directions, except use only 1 1/2 cups of milk. Beat in peanut butter and set aside.

Prepare vanilla pudding according to package directions, except only use only 1 1/2 cups of milk.

Line the bottom of a 9" pie pan with 17 whole vanilla wafers. Place remaining 16 vanilla wafers standing up around the rim of the pan.

Pour in cooled chocolate pudding. Drop in spoonfuls of the vanilla pudding, swirling into the chocolate pudding with the back of a spoon. Refrigerate for two hours before serving so that the pudding will be firm. When serving, cut each piece to include two of the stand up vanilla wafers.
