Orange and Onion Salad
 
Ingredients -
2 cups romaine lettuce broken into bite size pieces
5 pieces leaf lettuce
1/3 cup red onion slices
1 orange peeled, quartered and sliced
1 Tbsp olive oil
4 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 small clove garlic minced
 
     
  Method -  
Wash and dry lettuce, break into bite size pieces. Combine lettuce, onion and oranges in salad bowl. In separate container combine oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and garlic. Mix well and pour over salad and toss. Serve immediately.
