Method |
|

| Wash
and dry lettuce, break into bite size pieces. Combine lettuce,
onion and oranges in salad bowl. In separate container combine
oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and garlic. Mix well and
pour over salad and toss. Serve immediately. |
