Combine
flour, paprika, and pepper. Heat a non-stick skillet that
is also oven proof on top of the stove to medium heat, add
oil. Coat pork slices with flour mixture and sauté in non-stick
skillet until brown. Remove meat from pan and keep warm.
Sauté mushrooms and garlic in the same pan, add tomatoes.
Return meat to the pan. Mix wine and cheese together and
pour over the meat and vegetable mixture. Bake at 400º for
30 minutes.
Serve over cooked pasta of
choice.
