Snappy Chinese Slaw
 
  Ingredients
¼ cup lemon juice
3 packets Aspartame (Equal®, NutraSweet®) or equivalent artificial sweetener
2 Tbsp

cider vnegar or rice vinegar

2 Tbsp water
2 tsp grated fresh ginger
2 tsp dark sesame oil
¼ tsp salt
2 cups finely shredded Chinese cabbage or cole slaw mix
2 cups broccoli slaw
 
     
  Method  

Mix first seven ingredients together and pour over veggies and toss.

Serve chilled. Best if eaten shortly after combining ingredients.

Optional: add a sprinkling of chopped peanuts on top.
(Note: This will add additional fat calories.)
