Cranberry Sauce with Orange Zest
 
  Ingredients
1.5 pounds fresh or frozen cranberries
1 cup orange juice
1 Tbsp

orange zest finely chopped

˝ cup water
1 cup SplendaŽ Granular (measures equal to sugar)
2 Tbsp cornstarch
 
     
  Method  
Combine cranberries, orange juice, and orange zest in sauce pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. When cranberries begin to pop, lower heat to low and add SplendaŽ. Mix water and cornstarch together and pour into cranberries. Bring to a boil for 1 minute stirring constantly to avoid lumps. (Mixture will begin to thicken immediately upon adding the cornstarch and water mixture).
