Cook Spinach in microwave
until totally thawed and partially cooked. Squeeze out excess
water using a sieve. Spray sauté pan with non-stick spray,
add minced garlic and sauté on medium heat until translucent
but not brown. Mix together milk, cornstarch, and butter buds
until well blended. Combine in a saucepan milk mixture, garlic
and drained spinach. Cook stirring constantly until thick.
Boil for 1 minute. Stir in cheese and seasonings. |
