The Provider Quick
Reference Guide has been replaced by the
Diabetes Mellitus Essential Care Guidelines
from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services.
The
Wisconsin Diabetes Advisory Group and other partners first developed
the Wisconsin Diabetes Mellitus Essential Care Guidelines in 1998. They
were revised in 2001, 2004, 2008, 2011, and most recently in 2012. The
Guidelines, as well as webcast, are updated periodically.Check back
for updates on a regular basis.
